YOGA
The town of Nosara has become a mecca for yoga in Costa Rica, and The White Palms is centrally located to all the beautiful, local yoga studios and shalas in Nosara. Literally right across the street, or a cool 2-minute jungle walk will get you to the amazing Bodhi Tree wellness center with incredible views and a variety of community classes to choose from. Other class options in town are only a 15 minute walk - through town, or through hidden (but, not really hidden) jungle trails - or a quick and easy 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride away. Staying at The White Palms provides the perfect location for you to practice lots of types of yoga. Take a class style that you already enjoy and/or try something new...like a sound meditation, aerial yoga, a breathwork class, or a restorative and nidra class. Have you ever wanted to host your own yoga retreat? The White Palms is a great place to do just that! The 7 suite hotel makes for a nice size group. Book out the hotel with just 7, or up to 16 guests. La Cosecha breakfast is included every morning of your stay. Rates depend on the time of year. Upcoming Retreats: May 1-8th November 5th -11th

Yoga on the Beach or Private Yoga Session
The White Palms is just minutes from the tropical Playa Guiones beach, a beautiful place to practice yoga on your own, with a Private Yoga session, or while on a White Palms yoga retreat. White Palms yoga retreats can offer Yoga at the beach on the sand, in a Bodhi Tree shala with beach views, and/or at unique, local shalas overlooking the water at Playa Bote near the Waldorf school - Costa Rica. (each class at the Waldorf shalas will provide a donation to support tuition for local community children).
Bodhi Tree
Simply walk across the street, or take a 2-minute jungle trail to The Bodhi Tree. The Bodhi Tree is the closest place next to The White Palms to find yoga classes (and spa treatments). A variety of daily community classes in an outside shala with amazing views overlooking tree tops out to the ocean, or in an indoor shala with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide breathtaking views of the jungle and the ocean, are offered.
